About the job Epi Equipment Principal Engineer

• Full responsibility of equipment performance uptime. Define maintenance procedures and perform equipment maintenance to keep up and sustain machine basic condition. Set-up SAP PM, maintenance work instructions TWI for responsible area. Continuous improve equipment key KPIs and supporting process engineering and operations teams to enable process stability, output, process CpK and yield. Sustain equipment performance, daily monitoring all machine parameters and perform software and hardware troubleshooting with application of in situ measurement systems
• Handle transfer and start-up of new equipment, set-up procedure, hook-up , buy-off and qualification of new equipment together with process engineer as team, ensure processes and equipment are compliance to EHS policy.
• Drive machine overall efficiency (OEE) and governance on machine state of TR25. Working closely with production in weekly operation planning in maintenance schedule to ensure meeting production delivery KPI.
• Implement changes across production equipment hardware driven from RnD new qualification at Q4 stage of release for production. Conform to quality system and safety requirement as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan. Establish and maintain effective maintenance records on equipment failure, 8D problem solving for traceability and continuous improvement.
• Team up with Process and RnD engineers on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology carry out PM activities and life span studies to establish PM standard and specification especially Green field setup from RnD.
• Key contributors / co-lead in global industrialization program.&Drive Equipment FMEA at KLM site, equipment safety expert in epitaxy module; Site expert for automation, pumps, robotic, interface with global expert and external supplier, drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
