A leading real estate services firm in George Town, Malaysia, seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations and maintain stakeholder relationships. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting financial management. Reporting to the APAC Director, the Facilities Manager will lead a team of two Workplace Experience staff and will be responsible for managing the workplace and ensuring a strong, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor management, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives to create a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment that aligns with the client’s business needs and culture.
