We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety & Health Manager to join our team at Aurelius Hospital Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's environmental, safety, and health initiatives to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on the overall well-being of our staff and patients.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, safety, security, and health policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures to mitigate identified risks
  • Managing the hospital's waste disposal and recycling programs to minimise environmental impact
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on environmental, safety, and health best practices
  • Collaborating with regulatory bodies and external agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents, and near misses
  • Continuously reviewing and improving the hospital's environmental, safety, and health performance
What we're looking for
  • Degree or relevant qualification in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
  • Thorough knowledge of environmental, safety, and health regulations and best practices
