Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei EOSH Intern position offers a hands-on opportunity to support the Environment, Occupational Safety & Health team at our Halal park plant in Negeri Sembilan. You will gain exposure to safety documentation, audits, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates are local students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Safety and Health, able to read risk assessments, and familiar with basic Microsoft apps.

Qualifications

• Open for local students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement up to their final year in their program.
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Occupational, Safety and Health or relevant field.
• Able to read and prepare risk assessment
• Have knowledge or experience using basic Microsoft Apps and basic Microsoft system.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of EOSH documentation, reports, records, and compliance-related materials.
• Support in organizing and conducting safety-related training, awareness programs, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns for associates.
• Support EOSH personnel during authority visits, audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Support the preparation of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) demonstration reports and related documentation in accordance with Operating Unit (OU) requirements.
• Support in monitoring and tracking corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, inspections, and safety findings.
• Support in preparing safety presentations, training materials, posters, and communication content to promote workplace safety awareness.
• Support in environmental, health, and safety improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support for other EOSH-related activities within the factory if assigned.

This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in occupational safety and health management within a manufacturing environment.

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:
