Job summary

NX Dimension Sdn Bhd is hiring a Customer Connect Associate (Entry-Level) to engage with customers through face-to-face interactions and support marketing campaigns. You’ll join a friendly, energetic team and receive full training and mentorship.

Successful candidates are fresh graduates or entry-level with a positive attitude, willing to travel or relocate, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Uncapped commissions, local and overseas travel opportunities, and a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Diploma or degree holders.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel or relocate when required.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Full training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and create positive experiences
• Support marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, and B2B or B2C.
• Communicate with different types of customers
• Work alongside a supportive and energetic team
• Take part in training and coaching to strengthen your communication and marketing skills
