What to expect
Technology Governance & Compliance
- You will support the evolution and implementation of enterprise technology and architecture governance frameworks in close liaison with stakeholders, and in line with evolving business requirements ensuring alignment with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, including SOL and DORA.
- You will monitor compliance across technology domains and assist in remediation planning.
- You will participate in governance committees and working groups and provide input into policy updates, training materials, and awareness campaigns.
- You will maintain visibility into the technology portfolio, including applications, infrastructure, and services.
- You will track lifecycle stages of IT assets and ensure governance controls are applied consistently.
- You will assist in evaluating technology investments for strategic fit, risk, and compliance impact.
Risk & Resilience Monitoring
- You will collaborate with risk, cybersecurity, and business continuity teams to assess technology-related risks and contribute to risk reporting and escalation processes.
Data & Reporting
- You will collect and analyze key governance metrics (e.g., compliance status, lifecycle maturity, portfolio health) and prepare dashboards and reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- You will maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for governance activities.

- Familiarity with DORA, ITIL, COBIT, or other governance frameworks
- Experience in using LeanIX, ServiceNow and Power BI is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or risk management.
