Role Overview
Develop and maintain technical documentation of processes, standards and procedures for the administration and support
Lead technical projects in SAP environment
Coordinate activities with functional departments and external service provider
Principal Accountabilities
- Be the architect supporting the business partner of the international Sales team
- Propose new solutions based on SAP standard products
- Keep a process of continuous improvement ongoing for SAP SD/MM and CRM
- Specifying solutions based on request from the Sales department, implement the solution and/or manage the external partner in charge on the implementation
- Support the tool selections for Enterprise applications team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
- IT degree or equivalent
- At least 6 years experience with SAP and customizing in the modules of SD/MM
- Having knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, Model N) would be an advantage
- Permanent role and able to work on hybrid
