Job Summary

A results-driven Sales Hunter in delivering strategic sales pitches, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth. Skilled in understanding complex IT solutions and customizing them to improve client operations and performance. Serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and issue resolution. Experienced in stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and creating mutually beneficial agreements. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel nationwide to meet business needs while maintaining strong teamwork and market awareness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driven Sales Hunter; resourceful and committed to an aggressive sales strategy, with over 5 years of experience in delivering impactful elevator pitches and building trust to foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Quick to understand complex concepts and adept at customizing IT business solutions that not only address client challenges but also enhance their daily operations and overall business performance.
  • Empathetic and responsive, serving as the primary contact for clients. Dedicated to providing top-notch service by efficiently resolving issues and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Actively engages with key stakeholders at all levels within both CelcomDigi and client organizations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Highly skilled in convincing and negotiating contracts and agreements that create win-win situations for both clients and CelcomDigi.
  • Flexible with scheduling and willing to travel nationwide to meet and support clients’ needs.
  • Initiates action independently while remaining attuned to market changes and fostering teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT, technology, or telecommunications, with a strong focus on key account management and sales.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, strategic thinking, execution, and interpersonal skills, combined with a charismatic presence.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and operational teams.
  • Sales experience in providing telecommunications or ICT solutions to large corporate clients.
  • Positive, passionate, collaborative, approachable, trustworthy, creative, and courageous personality traits.
  • Disciplined, energetic self‑starter and team player with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Capability to perform effectively in high‑pressure and challenging environments.
