The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding segment-based customer portfolios by driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and fulfillment of business requirements. Success in this role is measured by consistent performance in both direct and indirect sales channels on a monthly and annual basis.
