Enteral/Parenteral Product Specialist (Central)
Provide clinical education and hands‑on product training to healthcare professionals on enteral feeding systems, parenteral nutrition products, and related accessories. Support hospital staff with product trials, conversions, and implementation. Serve as a technical expert on product features, indications, contraindications, and proper usage. Ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols when demonstrating products. Work alongside the sales team to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets. Participate in joint customer visits to address clinical questions, support decision‑making, and reinforce product value. Assist in developing proposals and solutions customized to each hospital or clinical department.
Responsibilities
1. Product Training & Clinical Support
- Provide clinical education and hands‑on product training to healthcare professionals on enteral feeding systems, parenteral nutrition products, and related accessories.
- Support hospital staff with product trials, conversions, and implementation.
- Serve as a technical expert on product features, indications, contraindications, and proper usage.
- Ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols when demonstrating products.
2. Sales Collaboration
- Work alongside the sales team to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in joint customer visits to address clinical questions, support decision‑making, and reinforce product value.
- Assist in developing proposals and solutions customized to each hospital or clinical department.
3. Account Management & Customer Support
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including ICU teams, nutrition support teams, dietitians, pharmacists, and purchasing departments.
- Provide follow‑up support after product implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth usage.
- Respond to product‑related inquiries, troubleshooting issues promptly and professionally.
4. Market, Product & Competitor Knowledge
- Maintain deep knowledge of clinical nutrition protocols, guidelines, and trends in enteral and parenteral therapy.
- Stay updated on competitor products and identify opportunities for product positioning.
- Provide field insights to the marketing and product management team for strategy improvement.
5. Education & Events
- Organize and conduct workshops, clinical in‑services, and educational seminars.
- Support national and regional conferences, exhibitions, and hospital events.
- Develop educational materials and presentations in collaboration with marketing.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Dietetics, Nutrition Science, Biology, or related medical/healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical nutrition, medical sales, critical care, or related fields.
- Experience with enteral feeding pumps, tubes, formulas, or parenteral nutrition is highly desirable.
