Job summary

• The Admissions Manager leads on planning and delivery of student recruitment activities to achieve enrolment and retention targets.
• The post holder is responsible for supporting the Campus Principal in matters relating to admissions and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate successful planning and implementation across channels to result in enrolments.
• Track and monitor KPI reports on enrolment conversions with analysis and action points.
• Share KPI reports with stakeholders to sustain focus on recruitment and retention.
• Understand government processes for permits/visa approvals affecting enrolments.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and events.
• Review marketing and recruitment performance mid-term and termly; understand competitors.
