Job Summary:

Develops and modifies process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards. Typically performs one or more of the following in the capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently) or as a manager:

1. Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
2. Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
3. Establish SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for related processes.
4. Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
5. Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
6. Drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Plans) to enhance process performance indices.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
8. Perform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
9. Contribute to other projects and assignments as needed.
10. Demonstrate mastery in some aspects of a technical discipline, with recognition as a technical team member.
11. Exercise initiative and creativity within the scope of the job.
12. Apply standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems.
13. Handle projects, assignments, and problems of moderate scope.
14. Mentor students.
15. Participate actively in teams.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR).
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or
• Master's degree with 1 or more years of experience.
