Job Summary:
Reporting to the Section Manager of Process Engineering, this position supports wire bond processes. The Senior Process Engineer provides technical leadership, support, and training to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with equipment technicians to improve equipment stability.
• Optimize process parameters to enhance quality and yield.
• Sustain process PFMEA and control plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis and 8D closure with the process engineering team.
• Create and maintain detailed technical process documentation, including work instructions.
• Implement advances in metrology and inspection techniques.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and vendors.
• Apply project management and planning skills.
• Manage equipment and process optimization qualifications.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Degrees in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in engineering or development environments.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and production support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in other MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing setting.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Experience in problem identification, analysis, and solution implementation.
