Work Location: Onsite - Johor Bahru (Pasir Gudang), Malaysia.
Number of Vacancies: 3 (Three).
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (OR) 4:00pm to 1:00am. The working hours will be assigned based on the outcome of the interview process and where we believe each candidate will thrive best. We encourage applicants to be open to either schedule.

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and forward-thinking Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. This role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, with the potential to transition into a Manufacturing Engineer position in the future.
As an Engineering Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Manufacturing Engineering team in daily operations, sustaining activities, production line setup, and troubleshooting. You will also contribute to new product transitions and act as a delegate in the absence of a Manufacturing Engineer.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on technical expertise in advanced manufacturing practices, particularly in robotics and precision technologies, alongside excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. A demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic process improvement initiatives will be a distinct advantage.
