We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team in driving technical excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Process Optimization
  • Lead all engineering and process-related support to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Optimize process parameters for new and existing products.
  • Provide DFM support and drive quality improvements for customer products.
  • Troubleshoot molding-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee mold inspection and ensure proper FA evaluations and documentation.
  • Manage First Article (FA) and chargeable sample processes to meet timelines.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the engineering team to achieve high performance.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Production on new part handover, setup, troubleshooting, and defect analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on new engineering projects.
  • Partner with R&D on material evaluations to improve product quality and yield.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years engineering experience, including 3 years in management.
  • Background in plastic & rubber molding, LSR, die-cutting, or related manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge, tooling understanding, and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to prepare competitive RFQs and manage departmental budgets.
