Job summary
Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) in Malaysia seeks a seasoned leader to head the Business Applications Engineering team. You will build and operate AI-enabled enterprise apps and internal platforms, translating product priorities into reliable systems while empowering engineers to own delivery and improve continually.
You will shape engineering strategy, collaborate with Product, and drive end-to-end delivery from design to production, with emphasis on reliability, observability, and security
Qualifications
- You will bring people leadership, software engineering fundamentals, technical judgement, and delivery ownership.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience owning production reliability, observability, security, incident response and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead through people, technical direction, and delivery ownership.
- Set engineering strategy, goals, and quality bar; lead architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap and define success measures.
- Lead delivery of AI-first applications and internal platforms end-to-end.
- Build agentic engineering harness and reusable foundations; improve workflows and architecture.
- Own reliability, security, data governance, and on-call readiness across the team.
