Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute technical strategy and roadmaps for the engineering group, creating success metrics in collaboration with other departments.
• Partner closely with Tech Leads and Architects to drive effective problem‑solving and implement simple solutions for complex challenges.
• Provide strong people management, including mentoring the professional development of all direct reports and managing other first‑line managers as needed.
• Actively attract and hire top‑tier engineering talent for the organization.
• Implement and champion effective engineering processes for agile execution.
• Cultivate a culture of engineering craftsmanship, excellence, and change‑driven perspective.
• Initiate and lead cross‑functional collaborations with Product, Business, and Operations teams to gather requirements and drive innovation.
