A leading manufacturing company in Penang is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. This role involves talent recruitment, developing scientific methods, and improving production efficiency through automation. Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, over 10 years of experience, and proficiency in Mandarin. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years managing an engineering team.
• Knowledge of process stability and adjustments.
• Understanding of automated equipment introduction and mechanical principles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop the engineering team, implement scientific working methods.
• Formulate and implement process technology solutions during NPI development.
• Submit requirements for automated equipment and improve production efficiency.
• Continuously optimize and improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin communication

• Gender: Male / Female
• 35–45 ages
• At least 10 years of work experience and more than 5 years of engineering team management experience in similar capacity
• Be familiar with the CPK value in quality management, what is the range of process stability, and how to adjust it
• Understand scientific injection molding logic, especially the analysis of curves of mold temperature, injection pressure, injection speed, filling time, and product weight
• Hands‑on experience with common manufacturing processes in the precision manufacturing industry
• Familiar with the introduction process of automated equipment and understand the basic mechanical working principles of automated equipment
• Clear thinking, excellent communication skills, risk awareness, and a forward‑looking mindset
• UG CAD office software

Responsibilities

• Responsible for talent recruitment and development of the engineering team, establishing and implementing scientific working methods within the team, and developing and promoting new processes and technologies
• Responsible for formulating and implementing process technology solutions, process flows, process routes, assembly solutions, etc., during the NPI (New Product Introduction) development process for non‑metal structural products
• Responsible for submitting requirements for automated equipment, introducing and maintaining automated equipment, and improving product production efficiency through the trial use of automated equipment
• Responsible for the continuous optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes
