Job summary

Le Magnifique Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support daily project and site activities on a site in Malaysia. You will assist with inspections, monitor ongoing works, and help ensure drawings and specifications are followed.

You will also help prepare site reports, review technical documents, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, take measurements, and verify materials. Observations on safety and quality procedures will be part of the role, with guidance from the Engineer and

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineer in daily project and site activities.
• Assist with site inspections and monitoring of ongoing works.
• Assist in checking work progress against drawings and specifications.
• Assist with preparation of site reports, records and documentation.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, technical documents and specifications.
• Support engineers in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with measurements, materials inspections and quantity verification.
• Observe and learn proper engineering, safety and quality procedures.
• Assist in identifying and reporting site or technical issues to the Engineer.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Engineer and Supervisor.
