A leading industrial manufacturing firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to expand their engineering capabilities. This pivotal role involves managing a team of mechanical, electrical, and piping engineers while driving technical delivery for Southeast Asian clients. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of engineering experience, with a strong record in MEP projects and 3 years in a leadership position. This position requires regular travel within the region for onsite meetings and project support.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience, focusing on MEP projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing technical teams.
• Proven success in delivering MEP projects in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the MEP team (mechanical, electrical, piping).
• Drive technical delivery for SEA clients, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDMs to develop client proposals and scope solutions.
• Travel within SEA roughly once a month for onsite meetings.
