Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Service Coordinator to support chiller plant operations and ensure smooth daily service tasks. You will coordinate maintenance activities, track progress, and compile essential reports for management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields and at least 1 year of related experience; OSH-C qualification is preferred. You will work closely with the Service Account Manager and site operators to uphold safety and efficiency.

• OSH-C qualified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service tasks with MVM and coordinate monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment.
• Obtain updates on service progress and parameter summary from operator.
• Attend site meetings with MVM and advise on operational matters.
• Update daily staff attendance in the chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for executive review: service task completion and power usage.
• Monthly summaries of water and electrical usage.
• Cover other sites (DLP, PSA & O&M) as requested by the Service Account Manager.
• Create quotations for the service team.

How you will do it:

• Schedule service task with MVM and coordinate on the monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment including annual chiller ASD & quarterly legionella test.
• Obtain updates on the service progress and parameter summary update from operator.
• Attend site meeting with MVM and provide advice on operational related matter.
• Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant.
• Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant:
• Service task completion
• Monthly summary of power usage report
• Summary of water and electrical usage report
• Cover other site (DLP,PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager
• Create quotation for service team
