Job description

Under general supervision, following instructions and procedures, performs moderate detailing, redrawing, lettering, and tracing of drawings on components, assemblies, and engineering change orders.

Incumbent works from data such as previous drawings, layouts, detailed sketches, notes, verbal instructions, and standard references directed by engineers.

Performs drafting duties by operating Computer Aided Design (CAD) equipment such as digitizers, plotters, CRT's, and associated peripheral equipment and software.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with CAD experience is required.

Candidates must be familiar with CAD software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, CREO, and others.

Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is important.
