Ciptamas Consult Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned Malaysian firm registered with the Registrar of Companies Malaysia, the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Malaysia for the provision of engineering consultancy services. We specialize in project management services, civil and structural engineering projects with particular expertise in water and wastewater engineering, drainage and irrigation, high‑rise and institutional structures, commercial, residential, industrial and resort development.

Key Responsibilities

• Civil Engineer
  • Assist in the drawing, design and implementation of civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget when required.
• Senior Civil and Structural Engineer
  • Assist or lead project teams and manage the design and execution of projects.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers.
  • Develop project proposals, budget and timelines.
  • Oversee construction progress and ensure quality control at all stages.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering related field.
• Experience:
  • Civil Engineer: 2 years or more, experience in engineering consultancy/related field.
  • Senior Civil and Structure Engineer: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structure engineering, with experience in managing projects.
• Technical skills: Familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM or other relevant engineering software (e.g., MITS, StadPro, Orion).
• Knowledge of design codes, construction standards and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred but not required: Professional Engineer (PE).
• Site Engineers (RE & ARE) and Inspector of Works (COW) are also welcome to apply for postings in Selangor, Kedah or Pahang.
