Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure FEMS Mechanical operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance and User Request) and Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Monitor daily operation in term of Complaints Work Request, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Inspection and others as well as minimizing maintenance cost reduction and monthly fee deductions.
  • Plan, execute and control FEMS Mechanical approved annual budget for Revenue (Fees, Variation Order, Reimbursable Work, Energy Performance Contracting, Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality) and Expenditures (Maintenance cost, Contractor cost and Operation cost) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
  • Identify and provide reports (Technical Report, Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal, Monthly deduction mapping report, Incident report, Life Cycle Assessment, Benchmarking and related Mechanical drawings) are prepared, reviewed and submitted to MoH (Hardcopy and Assets & Services Information System) as per Concession Agreement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE and LEAN e.g. toolbox session at agreed frequency set by management.
  • Control FEMS mechanical services meet the compliance of Quality and Environment Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) and Statutory & Regulatory (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and local authority) in line with ISO standard and legal regulations.
  • Sustain stake holder management for Internal (Head Quarters, Regional Office and Hospital Support Services) and External (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health and Local Authorities) parties in order to align with company vision and mission.
  • Plan and manage staff performance and development internal/external activities (Training Need Analysis, On Job Training, Performance Monitoring System, Key Performance Indicator and Competencies Training) as required by Manpower Norm and the company. Create and manage an engaging work culture for the team to improve team performance and contribute to operational excellence.

  • Bachelor's Degree Specialised in Mechanical Engineering and Registered Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
  • Experience: 2 years and above
  • Knowledge in related engineering building services
