The successful candidate will drive improvements in manufacturing processes, mentor team members, and evaluate production techniques. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing are required. If you have a passion for success and a focus on quality, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to interpret Weldment manufacturing drawing with welding symbol.
• Experience in setting up lean line is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the weldment production build of weldment products.
• Lead projects and mentor cross-functional team members in manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and create process control plans.
