Job summary

Perunding Lnb is seeking a detail-oriented energy auditor to prepare energy audit reports focusing on Energy Saving Measures (ESMs), including savings calculations and payback analyses. You will compile energy data, equipment information, and site findings to support assessments and create presentation slides while maintaining EnMS documentation.

The role requires a degree or diploma in a related field and 1–3 years of experience; STPM holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Engineering, Science, or a related field. STPM holders are also encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical documentation, engineering support, or report preparation. More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior position.
• Knowledge of industrial building mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and energy efficiency is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Quick learner with good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare energy audit reports, focusing on Energy Saving Measures (ESMs), including energy savings calculations, cost estimates, and simple payback analysis.
• Compile and analyse energy consumption data, equipment information, and site findings to support technical assessments.
• Prepare presentation slides and maintain accurate, organised energy audit and EnMS documentation.
