Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.
• Familiarity with cold-chain processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, forecasting, and procuring raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Track and update inventory levels daily across warehouses.
• Schedule and coordinate outbound deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate fulfilment.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to plan inbound and outbound activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports: stock movement, delivery status, inbound/outbound summaries.
