Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a physician with MD/MBBS to lead emergency care in our A&E. The role requires MMC registration, 3–5 years hospital experience, and proficiency in trauma, resuscitation and airway management.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in continuous medical education. Applicants should be comfortable with high-paced emergencies, documentation, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MMC registration with APC is required.
• 3–5 years hospital experience in A&E/ICU is preferred.
• Familiarity with MOH CPGs, emergency workflows and safety standards.
• ALS/ATLS/PALS/NRP certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend all emergency patients promptly in A&E within stipulated time.
• Respond immediately to Emergency codes and ERT alerts.
• Provide initial assessment, diagnosis and treatment within scope of practice.
• Communicate clearly prognosis and treatment options to patients and families.
