Job summary

Shanghai StarFive Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Embedded Software Engineer who thrives close to hardware and low-level system challenges.

You will work on U-Boot porting for embedded platforms and on RISC-V SoCs, performing board bring-up and hardware debugging. Strong C programming, embedded boot architecture, and ARM/RISC-V experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical & Electronic, CS or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in C programming.
• Solid understanding of embedded boot architecture.
• Experience with ARM/RISC-V architecture.
• Knowledge of OpenSBI, secure boot, or Root of Trust concepts.
• Experience with device tree and Linux boot process
• 3+ years' experience of embedded software development.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience for senior position.
• Work on next-generation embedded platforms.
