Job summary

Gutor Electronic Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled tester/engineer to calibrate and troubleshoot UPS systems in a structured QA environment.

You will participate in safety programs, work with multiple departments, and present test results to project engineers in a collaborative setting. The role requires 5+ years in electrical testing or UPS/ switchgear projects, strong problem-solving abilities, good English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with more than 5 years experience.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in switchgear / UPS commissioning or testing.
• Good communication & analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• High level of trouble shooting skills.
• Good verbal and written knowledge in English.
• MS-Office computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot the UPS systems according to the given test procedures and reports.
• Participate in QA, Safety and Production System activities.
• Ensure safety of people under custody and cooperate with all departments.
• Hand over meetings with project engineers and make necessary system modifications.
• Maintain and update test reports and instrument calibration records.
