Job summary

Ivy Technology Global Services Malaysia is seeking a skilled electronics professional to support production improvement initiatives in Penang. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and optimizing processes to boost yield and efficiency.

The candidate will verify and validate electronics, test RF components, and contribute to ECN activities. Strong proficiency in Windows, Excel, and MS Office is required, with a degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge in basic electrical troubleshooting and able to generate working instruction.

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement on yield, quality, cost, cycle time, OEE and productivity of existing processes.
• Coordinate and manage max loop boards and engineering change (ECN) activities.
• Responsible for functional verification, validation and debugging, testing antennas and radio frequency, creating tuning specifications. Evaluate, recommend, and implement systems to reduce cycle time and improve process control.
