Join INNOBOOSTER by JLCPCB as an Engineer Assistant (Client Success) and play a key role in supporting our global customers throughout their PCB/PCBA projects. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and timely project execution.
This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, cross-team coordination, and working in a fast-growing tech manufacturing environment without sales pressure.
Act as the main coordination point between customers and internal engineering/production teams.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with clarity and professionalism.
Coordinate project requirements, order status, and technical clarifications with China HQ.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escallate technical or operational issues when needed.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to ensure smooth workflow and traceability.
Follow up proactively to ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolutions.
Continuously suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Not a sales role — no sales targets, no cold calling.
Hands‑on exposure to the PCB / PCBA manufacturing industry.
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
Strong career development path into roles such as Technical Coordinator / Project Engineer Assistant / QA Liaison.
Diploma or Degree in any field (Engineering background is an advantage but not mandatory).
Proficient in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking management) and English.
Malay, Cantonese, or other languages are a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up habits.
Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
