Job summary

ESCATEC Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Facility & Production Technician to execute the EQM plan for plant and production facilities, attend to equipment breakdowns, perform troubleshooting and repair works, and support facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, experience in facility maintenance, and the ability to read drawings. You must be able to work a rolling shift in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and able to troubleshoot and repair.
• Experience in facility maintenance and production equipment.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
• Able to read basic electrical/mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment and on rolling shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute the EQM plan for plant installations and production facilities and repair damages.
• Carry out troubleshooting and professional repairs on plant tools, fixtures, equipment and machines.
• Support facility maintenance and continual improvement activities.
• Report breakdowns and findings to supervisors and update daily checks.
