Job Summary

We are urgently seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to lead and manage electrical maintenance activities for commercial food machinery and catering equipment. This role requires strong hands‑on technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to perform proper root cause analysis to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous operational improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical faults in food machinery and catering equipment
• Handle motors, electrical panels, heating systems, control wiring, and temperature controllers
• Perform proper root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues (not limited to parts replacement)
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and company SOPs
• Provide technical guidance, training, and on‑site supervision to technicians
• Coordinate with management to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Supervisory or lead electrician experience is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on, responsible, and safety‑oriented work attitude
• Relevant electrical certification or license is an added advantage
