This role will coordinate and supervise engineering activities for solutions, lead and advise a team of qualified professionals and technicians, and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Lead, develop, and motivate a team of dedicated qualified employees and professionals to achieve targets.
2. Ensure consistency with defined guidelines, processes, and procedures for the engineering team.
3. Coordinate engineering activities performed by specialists and technicians, controlling execution according to organizational guidelines.
4. Provide a suitable work environment and implement people management processes.
5. Plan and allocate resources and budgets to engineering projects or activities.
6. Support risk assessments and ensure their results are considered in costing and contracts.
7. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop winning strategies.
8. Deploy best engineering practices across the business in consultation with other functions.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Controls, or Electro-technical fields; State-certified technical engineers with proven experience are also considered.
2. Proven experience in controls and instrumentation engineering; at least 2 years in leadership roles managing technical and organizational teams.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of control systems such as T3000 is a plus.
5. Good analytical and cross-cultural skills.
