Overview

INL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kemaman, Terengganu. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our engineering projects. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Directly reporting to Operation Manager.
• Monitoring, prepare and update weekly the progress of projects.
• Preparation of workpack, Job Method Statement (JMS) and Job Safety Analysis (JHA) upon execution work.
• Attend any site visit at client premises and prepare the site visit report.
• Conducting electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Familiar with diagram and drawings.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize electrical systems and processes.
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation related to projects.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest electrical engineering technologies and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the engineering industry
• Advantage for those with experience in oil & gas environment.
• Have involved in electrical projet and maintenance job.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, components, and design principles
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant electrical engineering software and tools
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and regulations
• Willingness to travel extensively as per our project.
• Knowledge in computer software (Microsoft Office and AutoCAD)
