Qualifications

• Hands-on skill in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of electrical installations.

• Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical installations.
• Work closely with the Production team to minimize interruption of production.
• Identify electrical hazards and take immediate corrective actions.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection, testing, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electrical installations and equipment.
• Work closely with Production team on site to keep machinery and equipment running smoothly to minimize interruption of production.
• Work individually or as part of a team to complete repair and maintenance tasks.
• Identify electrical hazards and take immediate corrective actions.
• Ensure all electrical systems are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with Suruhanjaya Tenaga officers during inspections or audits.
• Report any major electrical defects, incidents, or non-compliances to management immediately.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any engineering related field
• Candidate must possess Chargeman certificate level AO/A1/A4 issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga or any recognized institution.
• Hands-on skill on electrical works in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing of electrical installations and equipment.
• Knowledge of Malaysian electrical laws and regulations.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
