Job summary

A global staffing firm is looking for an EHS Manager / Supervisor for a hyperscale datacenter project in Johor, Malaysia. This role involves leading the EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a culture of safety. The ideal candidate will possess extensive EHS leadership experience, NEBOSH/IOSH certification and the ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. This contract position is for approximately 27 months, offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a critical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months hyperscale data center project experience in EHS leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Oversee PTW, LOTO, confined space, and high-risk activity controls.
• Conduct audits, incident investigations, and emergency drills.
• Manage EHS reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
