About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor/Manager to join our team at ID Channel Sdn. Bhd., a leading interior design company based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising daily activities of construction crews, including trade contractors, for efficient project execution
2. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, resolving issues that arise
3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
4. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and coordinate activities
5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of site activities
6. Providing training and support to improve workers' skills and performance
7. Fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment on site

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in reading construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Effective communication with workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
