Job Summary:

  • Required 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, executing strategic initiatives through various channels, building and maintaining customer relationships, handling negotiations, and participating in industry events. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, analyzing competition, ensuring the sales team is updated on product launches, tracking sales performance, meeting targets, and managing stock for demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Plan and implement initiatives to reach target audiences through channels like social media, email, TV, etc.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and address their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Generate regular sales and financial reports.
    • Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
    • Negotiate deals and handle objections or complaints.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve results.
    • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Market Research and Monitoring:
    • Identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs through market research.
    • Stay informed about new product launches and ensure team readiness.
    • Analyze competitors and develop counter-strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Targets:
    • Achieve sales targets within set schedules.
    • Monitor sales goals and report outcomes.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, business development, or similar roles.
    • Technical Skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and [local language].
    • Other: Willing to travel; valid driver’s license if needed.
