Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide students on their learning.
• Support students with higher learning needs (i.e. ESL, Special Education).
• Work with small groups of students to support their learning.
• Consultation with and supervision of students.
• Perform marking and assessment of student's work, assignments, projects, tests and examinations.
• Perform administrative functions to support classes and other instructional activities.
• Work with members of the academic teaching team for teaching approaches, support for students, learning materials to be presented, content of curricula, etc.
• Undertake professional development in relation to teaching and learning.

Requirements:

• A degree or certification in Education, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years working experience, preferably in relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Competency in a second language other than English, is preferred.
• Experience with Special Needs children is preferred.
