A private education institution in Malaysia is seeking an Education Consultant to drive business growth by nurturing client relationships and promoting academic products. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, assist in the enrolment process, and provide exemplary customer service to prospective students and parents. Ideal candidates are motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a background in sales or education consultancy.
As an Education Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new prospects, nurturing client relationships, and promoting ACE EdVenture’s academic products/programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective parents and students, and maintain relationships with current clients. Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously developing your skills through training and workshops is key to success in this role.
Provide detailed information and advice on our academic offerings and the ACE approach to prospective students and parents.
Follow up on enquiries and manage leads effectively using the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into enrolments.
Achieve (and exceed) sales targets set by the organization.
Ensure a seamless enrolment process by assisting students with registration and documentation.
Coordinate and facilitate student assessments where required.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer’s (prospective & existing) concerns, and sharing feedback with relevant teams.
Collaborate closely with team members and offer support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in and support events, open days, fairs, and other initiatives to boost enrolments.
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and opportunities for product or service improvements.
Prepare reports and insights by collecting and analyzing data related to sales, market activity, and customer feedback.
Continuously enhance professional knowledge by attending industry workshops, seminars, and networking events.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices in sales, marketing, and education consultancy.
Possess own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confident, self‑motivated, and result‑oriented.
Proficiency in English is required.
Prior experience in sales or educational consultancy is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques.
Quick learner with a passion for education and sales.
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
