Job summary

Southern University College in Johor Bahru is seeking a proactive Marketing professional to drive student enrollment and recruitment through strategic campaigns and campus activities.

You will engage with local and international students, coordinate with agents, and deliver personalized counseling to help families make informed education choices. A driving license and willingness to travel for education fairs are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to deal with local and international students.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel for education fairs.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Skudai before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Aim to enroll students, meeting or exceeding the target set for student numbers.
• Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with educational agents and other external partners to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions with students and their parents.
• Provide expert advice to both students and parents regarding education and potential career pathways.
• Collect relevant information from educators, support staff, students, and parents.
