Job Description for Sales Executive at Box World Sdn. Bhd.

Box World Sdn. Bhd. is a leading and innovative importer and distributor in the FMCG industry in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Service existing accounts (modern trade), obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
  2. Work closely with customers to maintain excellent business relationships.
  3. Conduct market research, identify opportunities, monitor market development trends, and propose new products to management.
  4. Ensure and maintain sufficient stock levels for customers.
  5. Ensure the Retail Selling Price (RSP) is accurate.
  6. Follow up and collect payments from customers based on credit terms in a timely manner.
  7. Create attractive product displays to maximize product exposure.
  8. Support the Sales Department’s daily activities and perform other duties as assigned.
  9. Participate in on-the-job training.

Requirements:
