Job Responsibility
- Understand the product and market to generate sales via e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage local and global marketplaces, overseeing listings, advertising, and promotions to drive sales.
- Manage brand website and brand social media pages (FB,TikTok, IG). Ensure brand consistency and quality content.
- Design product pricing and bundles as part of the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers for sales materials.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies for revenue growth and ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging areas in e-commerce through continuous education/training.
- Apply creativity to generate sales and brainstorm new growth strategies.
- Improve e-commerce processes by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate various online sales and marketing programs in line with management objectives.
- Provide administrative support to field sales and marketing teams, including setting up promotions and vouchers.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level or Diploma/Degree in related field.
- With at least 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Knowledge of E-Commerce marketing.
- Strong passion for generating sales.
- Experience in managing online shops on eBay, Shopee, Amazon, and Lazada.
- Openness to learning new knowledge in the e-commerce world.
- Preferred work experience in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Positive mindset and a 'Can do' attitude.
