Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee company website, online e-commerce platforms and other digital sales channels, including order packing, handling, processing, update of product listings, promotions, banner, and store details etc.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform monthly stock take & inventory support
  • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team and cross department teams (eg. Warehouse/Planner) to ensure accurate and efficient shipping and delivery of online orders.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies and industry standards.
  • Pack orders and coordinate order processing to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering queries, educating customers about products, and handling feedback/complaint.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media presence and promotional activities to drive sales and engagement
  • Manage and grow company website traffic, online sales and customer retention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital sales, preferably in FMCG, retail or online
  • Proficiency in website development, Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shopify
  • Knowledge in digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM and Google Analytics tools)
  • Strong sales mindset with a results‑oriented approach
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, managing e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok etc.), and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
