Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for origination efforts as well as executing live transactions.
• Present findings of research and analysis for deal pitching.
• Quality control for presentations and pitch books.
• Execution of live transactions from marketing to closing.
• Manage junior bankers/interns by providing guidance and feedback.
