Job description

We are the appointed GSA (General Sales Agent) for flydubai. This position is dedicated to supporting flydubai’s commercial objectives in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed flydubai’s revenue targets.
  2. Identify and target potential clients, generating leads and establishing relationships with key decision-makers for flydubai services.
  3. Present and promote flydubai’s products/services to clients, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales on behalf of flydubai, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  5. Maintain and expand existing customer accounts for flydubai by providing excellent service and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Conduct market research relevant to the airline industry, including competitor analysis and customer demands.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports related to flydubai to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with flydubai’s regional team, as well as internal marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure aligned execution of strategies.
  9. Manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with flydubai-related activities to track progress and report on key metrics.
  10. Provide feedback to management and flydubai on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, with at least X years of experience in B2B sales.
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
