Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a flexible, on-call Retail Assistant in Malaysia for our Silverlake stores. You will help customers, support promotions, manage displays, and assist with stock and cashiering as needed. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking extra income and flexible hours.

Earn RM13 per hour with an additional RM13 daily attendance incentive. Shifts are scheduled based on store needs, with weekends and public holidays requiring availability.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with their shopping experience

Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and new arrivals

Replenish, organize, and maintain store displays

Assist with stock replenishment and general store housekeeping

Support cashiering and other store operations when required

Requirements

Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply

Available to work on an on-call basis according to your availability (Minimum 1 weekdays available & 2 Weekends)

Able to accept shifts on short notice when required

Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled
