Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Telecommunications, ideally in Enterprise Business.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams and driving results.
  • Proven skills in sales presentations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Partner Sales Managers to drive sales performance.
  • Expand Corporate and SME market through Enterprise Business Partner channels.
  • Meet sales targets and grow partnerships in assigned territory.
  • Conduct partner visits and ensure sales pipeline productivity.
  • Recruit, train and ensure compliance policies for EB partners.
